Wow it just keeps coming

back to business as usual

I welcome you to my first blog page, well actually my second, I just wrote a fantastic first entry only to have pressed the wrong button and tragically lost the entry along with a fantastic recipe that  i included so now i will write an abbreviated welcome.

I am the founder of and eclectic restaurant in Boston, It all started back in 1990 in the Back Bay with an idea , lots of hope, 2 credit cards and luck. now 17 years and 4 locations later, i have growm wiser and stronger in this crazy life as a restauranteur.

I decided to start my blog off with a title aptly name We won, thank heaven as business has been in the basement since the red sox entered the play offs, with sales on game nights dropping by 50% as all of the loyal fans ruished home to watch the game.

Now sitting in my office listening to eagan and broudy give a minute by minute update on the celebration in the city as well as listing all the location you can get a free taco form taco bell I wonder what inspire people to work 18 hours a day 7 days a week serving meals and trying to make a dime.

but alas duty calls, i have to head off to restaurant depot, then bake cupcakes, run the food window, have staff meetings and hope to be home by 10:30 to walk and feed the dogs before i settle in to do office work.

My life is a blast, and ps I know my spelling and punctuation needs, hmm some work, but my cooking more than makes up for it
